Service Provided

Cruise Minibuses will provide a driver and suitable vehicle to undertake the works detailed in the original quotation. All works will be carried out in a safe legal manner. The driver will decide the best route to take when travelling to your destination. This will depend on road closures, traffic and weather conditions.Please state at the time of the booking if a specific route should be taken. Stops can be made at suitable points whilst travelling to ensure our passengers journey is as comfortable as possible.

Delays

We aim to complete all journeys on time and will advise the passengers of any possible delays which may affect their travelling time. We will endevour to come up with an alternative route in order to transport you to your chosen destination in the required time.

Therefore, Cruise Minibuses cannot accept any responsibility for delays as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that our vehicle breaks down our team will despatch another vehicle immediately to transport you to your destination. Cruise will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the break down.

Luggage

Cruise Minibuses cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of passenger luggage. Any luggage or miscellaneous items found will be held in our lost property department for 28 days. If no claim has been made for any items within 28 days they will be destroyed.

Customer Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave appropriately at all times whilst travelling and must respect our driver and vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse transport t any passengers that are highly intoxicated and behaving in an appropriate manner, violence or abuse will not be tolerated. The driver may refuse to continue a journey if a passenger is acting in such a way that they are putting the safety if themselves or the other passengers at risk. 

Damage To The Vehicle

We maintain a very high standard of cleanliness in our vehicles and it remains the passengers responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and undamaged whilst they are being transported. Any costs incurred due to the damages or specialist cleaning that the vehicle requires will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of the booking. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the costs for cleaning or any damage caused, Cruise Minibuses reserves the right to re-charge the passengers accordingly.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit will be taken on all bookings. At the time of the booking you will asked to provide credit or debit card details which will be held by a merchant bank as a refundable security deposit.
If for any reason the booking is not cancelled 48 hours prior to collection or the passengers fail to show the deposit will not be refundable. 

For certain bookings including late night club/ pub runs and specific social events a refundable security deposit will be charged. Providing the vehicle returns to the depot clean and undamaged the full deposit will be refunded.
Any costs incurred due to specialist cleaning or repairs to the vehicle will be subtracted from the security deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the costs for cleaning or any damage caused Cruise Minibuses reserves the right to re-charge the passengers accordingly.

Payment

Cruise Minibuses accepts all major credit & debit card payments and the option to pay cash to the driver  is available. If you wish to pay by cash a refundable deposit will be taken at the time of the booking by credit or debit card.

You will have the option to pay the driver the full amount of the booking fee when you have reached the final destination of your outbound journey. Passengers can also pay cash at the end of the outbound journey and the remainder of the fee can be paid at the end of the return journey.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the scheduled time for the first pick up. Cancellations can be made via telephone or email.
Deposits will not be refunded on any bookings cancelled after this time.

Booking Confirmation And Amendments


It is the passengers responsibility to check that their booking confirmation is accurate and that any amendments to the booking me made as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays or incorrect journey details which may increase/decrease costs to the booking.

Complaints

If a customer wishes to  complain regarding a journey or service provided by Cruise Minibuses they must contact our offices as soon as possible.
