An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check is obtained for each driver along with stringent reference checks. All drivers are subject to an induction programme where Cruise explains our company ethos, the level of service expected and Transport for London current legislation.

Drivers are fully briefed before each booking to ensure they are familiar with the route, all drop off and pick up points and are given a copy of the passengers contact details and any additional requirements for the booking.

All of our drivers are MIDAS trained which means that their driving skills have been assessed and that they are aware of the legal, practical and safety issues surrounding minibus driving.

All our vehicles are licenced by Transport for London Private Hire and are compliant with current road safety legislation. Vehicles are checked regularly to guarantee that the highest safety standards are met.

Although regular vehicle checks are carried out by a certified mechanic at our Head Office Depot daily vehicle checks are vital to our drivers routine. Before each journey a 25 point safety check is undertaken eliminating any vehicle issues prior to the booking. Vehicles will arrive in a safe, clean and timely manner allowing passengers to travel in comfort and style.
